Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Coaching Package Purchase Agreement: By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, and other specified methods. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are non-refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice without penalty. Session Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. All sessions must be used within the specified package duration (e.g., 6 months from the date of purchase). Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Liability: Coaching services are provided to support personal and professional development. However, outcomes are not guaranteed, and the coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the coaching process. Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to be punctual, prepared, and committed to their development. Progress depends on the client's active participation and implementation of agreed-upon actions. Modification of Terms: The terms and conditions may be modified at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the coaching service provider operates.
